Dr. Joanne Gabot-Heyman grew up in the Los Angeles area. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and a minor in Education. Dr. Gabot received her DDS degree from the University of California Los Angeles in 2007. She continued her education and moved to Maui, Hawaii to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency for the Lutheran Medical Center.

For several years in Maui, Dr. Gabot was the clinical director and attending faculty at the Maui Oral Health Center. She was part of the Mobile Dental Van and treated patients without insurance. At the University of Hawaii, Maui College, Dr. Gabot lectured for Oral Biology I & II, Dental Materials and Introduction to Chairside Assisting courses.

Dr. Gabot moved back to California to be closer to her family. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society.

Dr. Gabot is dedicated to her patients and strives to provide optimal care. Her practice philosophy is a commitment to providing high quality dental care to those in need.
